Gold sees Rs4,370 per tola increase in Pakistan

Gold prices rose in Pakistan on Saturday, following gains in the international bullion market.

According to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA), the price of gold per tola increased by Rs4,370 to reach Rs444,336.

The price of 10 grams of gold also moved higher, climbing by Rs3,933 to Rs379,880.

A day earlier, gold had gained Rs7,250 per tola, taking the rate to Rs439,966.

In the international market, gold prices rose by $43 per ounce to $4,219, including a premium of $20.

Silver prices also registered an increase, with the per-tola rate rising by Rs200 to Rs7,279.
