Two terrorists killed in Balochistan IBO

Two terrorists were killed and three others injured during an intelligence-based operation in Balochistan’s Killi Zaik area on Monday, security sources said.

The operation was launched after security forces received intelligence about the presence of terrorists between Killi Zaik and Kaghli, around 12 kilometres north of Baseema Camp. 

Security forces recovered ammunition, magazines, hand grenades and material allegedly used in the manufacture of improvised explosive devices (IEDs), the sources said. 

The operation was conducted as part of the ongoing Radd-ul-Fitna-3 campaign.

The military has described Radd-ul-Fitna-3 as an intelligence-driven counterterrorism campaign targeting militant networks operating in the province.

Security forces said they would continue operations against terrorism in an effort to eliminate militant threats and restore lasting peace in Balochistan.
