Punjab Information Minister Azma Bukhari has criticised Fiza Ali, stating that she has a long-standing tendency to go to any extent for ratings.

Azma Bukhari responded to a viral video circulating on social media showing Fiza Ali with her husband.

She described the incident as deeply regrettable and said that the Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority is likely to take notice of the matter.

She questioned the ethical boundaries involved, asking where personal morals stand in such situations. Bukhari expressed concern that such actions were carried out on camera in the presence of an 8 to 10-year-old child.

While acknowledging that individuals may be happy in their married lives, she said it does not justify publicly displaying such behaviour.

The minister further alleged that the content aired during the show was deliberate and could have been edited or prevented from being broadcast.

However, she remarked that it appears people are willing to cross all limits in pursuit of ratings.

Bukhari concluded by reiterating that Fiza Ali has a long-standing inclination to go to extremes for viewership, adding that watching the incident was deeply upsetting.
