According to police officials, the detained officials are sub-inspector Shamim Ahmed, assistant sub-inspector Muhammad Asif, and constables Imran, Shahid Adnan and Yaseen.

Following the operation, the SIU initiated an inquiry headed by West Zone DIG Irfan Ali Baloch, and the findings were made public on Thursday.
